How do I place an order?
- You can place an order on our website when you find the item you need and click ‘Add’ to add the item to the basket.
- you can choose how many items of each product you wish to buy by changing the quantity in the basket or simply by clicking the ‘Add’ button the chosen number of times.
- When you have finished with your shopping you can click on the ‘Basket’ at the top right corner to see all the items you are buying.
- The next step is to enter your personal detail so we will know where to deliver your order.
- Then you choose Payment Method.
- Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email showing all the information regarding the submitted order.
What payment methods do you accept?
- We use Stripe payment process and any card can be used to pay for your order.
Where do you deliver?
Our delivery has two options:
- Our own delivery fleet to your door. That delivery option is ONLY available for the customers living in Suffolk and Norfolk areas.

How do you deliver?
Home deliveries in Ipswich and surrounding areas are made with our own delivery fleet.
When do you deliver?
If you reside in Ipswich (IP1, IP2, IP3, IP4 and IP5) your order will be delivered to you on – same day or the next day.
If you reside outside of Ipswich - please call 075069 68344 for more information regarding delivery and delivery times.
What is the minimum order amount for home delivery?
There is no minimum order amount. Please note that a delivery charge will apply to your order depending on the area where you are based.
What if you haven’t got what I want?

What if I have received damaged items?
You can send a photo of the damaged product to our e-mail info@foodella.co.uk regarding the issue. Our expert team will try to respond within 2 business days.
What if my delivery is late?

What if items are missing from my order?

What is your refund policy?
If you receive your order with a missing, damaged or misplaced product, you can ask for a refund in polite and formal language. Please send an email to info@foodella.co.uk and include as many details as possible, as well as pictures of the product (what and when was purchased). Our expert team will try to respond within 2 business days. If your claim is processed successful your refund will be made in 2-3 business days.
Can I get same-day delivery?
At the moment we only offer same-day home deliveries for the Ipswich area (IP1, IP2, IP3, IP4 and IP5). Please call 075069 68344 or send an email to info@foodella.co.uk for more information regarding same-day deliveries in your area.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order only if it is not despatched at the moment of cancellation. Please call 075069 68344 to check the status of your order.
