When you purchase goods from the Site, the goods will be delivered through the following methods:
- For home delivery to Norwich we deliver in person via FoodElla special fleet and we offer free delivery
- For home delivery (3 to 5 days) to the rest of the UK we deliver via UK independent national courier. Please note that a delivery charge of £7.99 applies to all orders in England and Wales, £15.99 to all orders in Scotland and £28.99 to all orders in Northern Ireland.
- Please note that the above-given prices apply to orders up to 10kg. If your order is above 10kg we will contact you to discuss the extra delivery charge. - If you are not sure if we come to your area, please contact us on 075069 68344 for more information if we ship to your area.
Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
You are obliged to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address and recipient name. We are not liable if your goods are delivered to the wrong address or wrong recipient as a result of providing inaccurate or incomplete information.
Due to Covid-19, national strikes and staff shortages compensations for lost parcels could be claimed at least 10 working days after the estimated delivery time.
